Question Windows Defender Disable Permanently

Hi i will be asking about a Software i want to make sure it's okey for use for disable windows defender and not a hack tool and safe if anyone can check that for me will be good guys :

As others have already told you, you cannot disable Windows Defender as it is an integral part of Windows. It will, however, automatically disable itself when another antivirus is installed. This is the only answer there is.

Which is significantly different than your original question.

And missing at least half the functionality of an anti-virus tool.

Thats not the purpose of an antivirus. They usually do much more than that.

Basically what i do is run multiple Hack Infected With Trojans in Shadow Defender ( Similar to Deep Freeze ) And Work On Them
Those are a Developed Cheats for a PC Game That's The Purpose , and everytime Defender Control Pop it did made me crazy
