Question Windows Defender Scheduled Scan Missing

Recently bought a new ASUS UX425JA. There should be a windows defender scheduled scan in the task manager but it is just missing. I have tried installing one but it just doesn't run. Every so often an alert tells me I need to run a scan. Has anyone else seen this or know what to do about it?

Can you check and see what OS version you're on at the time of writing? You should be on version 20H2, ideally. Also, can you elaborate on the missing part? If you have Windows Security enabled it should show up as s white shield with a green tick mark next to it.
