Question windows defender suddenly uses alot of CPU and with high read and write disk usage, disabled it for now, what are ur quick tips?

welp, i dont lots of things, i ran sfc, dism, and chkDsk for a start,
i did something called reset base when i rans some scripts that basically reset defender and emptied it's database and reinstalled taht database (about 300MB) offline and added it

did a quick scan, was using DefenderUI, i disabled it , returned to default profile,

wut else to do?

for now cuz it has been a week, i just downloaded Kaspersky Free version for now

does defender make logs?, didnt know that, i googled and it refered me to this folder,
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Support\
,which is empty

Do you have any other security programs and if so what are they?

Can you post a screen shot of all of your running processes in task manager?

and also post screen shot of al Automatically running services in your Services?

Understanable if you don't want to for privacy reasons.
