Question Windows disable all sounds when microphone is active

I have a razer blackshark v2 and it was working fine but after installing synapse 3 whenver the mic is on the sounds stop and playing a video on youtube gives me audio renderer error so in order to get it working again I have to disable the sound from playback tap as long as microphone then only enable the speakers in order to have it working agian.
I have tried clean reinsntall for both of windows and drivers but still can't get it fixed

What OS are you working with? Does the same issue persist on another platform with the same headset? If the issue doesn't persist, then the issue is compounded on your initial platform.

I'm on windows 10 and I tested on another pc and works just fine, it was working fine till i installed synapse and no matter what I do or clean reinstall drivers it won't work
