Question Windows doesn't detect second GPU after I "uninstalled device" from Device Manager

windows doesn't detect my GPU in device manager...

Use DDU in safe mode to remove all graphics drivers. Then just reboot the machine and let windows find the drivers. If that doesn’t work there’s something wrong with windows or your GPU has failed

I tried the DDU software as well..
doesn't work I get a black screen "no signal"
