Windows error recovery

So i bought this pc (Dell Optiplex 780) and i was messing around with and i just decided that for some i reason i should remove the cmos battery so i did and put it back in the right way and now i get a windows error recovery message and i have tried the repair twice and no luck and i really need this pc.

The bios setting may have gone to default settings. Check the Drive options in Bios and try SATA option. If the windows is corrupted you will have to reinstall.

What am i supposed to press in sata options because theres different kinds of RAIDS

Another thing i need to add is everytime i turn on the pc it goes to the windows logo and then the error.
