Windows Explorer Keeps Crashing Win8 (Even in safe mode!!) sfc returns no errors and restore health was successful. HELP!!!

Windows Explorer keeps crashing every 10 seconds or so whenever I interact with the desktop or windows explorer (even sometimes without!). I ran sfc /scannow and Dism ... /RestoreHealth and fixed all that junk yet the problem persists!

When I check event viewer I get AppHangB1

I tried safe mode, I tried booting without any 3rd party services.

Restoring system from previous point is not an option for me at the moment.

Also I updated windows about 2 weeks ago but the problem didnt start until 2 days ago

If ccleaner is installed go to tools/startup tab. Context menu. Disable everything. If it works after this then something here maybe crashing it

Go to tools/startup in ccleaner bottom right. Copy and paste whats in startup

Do the same for tools/uninstall

I think its something installed that maybe making it hang. And it may not be compatible with Windows

I would say its one of your games

It looks like Mirrors edge can cause an apphang, Titanfall can even tho this isnt installed.

Uninstall MSI burner. The EA site says some people say this may fix this prob http://answers.ea.com/t5/Titanfall/Problem-Event-Name-AppHangB1-Application-Name-Titanfall-exe/td-p/3485079

Uninstall Utorrent

Download then run adwcleaner. Close browsers. Click on scan

Then wait for it to finish. Once it finishes click on clean wait for it to finish then reboot

Hmm well its something somewhere thats making it hang by the looks of it

So if it happened 2 days ago what did you install 2 days ago?

Nothing.
I reinstalled hotkey due to a startup malfunction. however the problem existed before that. Although after this installation, I did notice when my laptops power setting were on anything other than power saving, my cpu temps would often jump to around 100C almost immediately which obviously scared the living s*** out of me. I did notice though that most of the time (not all) my CPU fans throttled to full speed
