Windows Explorer Links

So i just installed a fresh Windows 7 and my "Downloads" are set to C:/users/downloads, i want to move so i download to D drive.. I changed it but when i download something it goes straight to D drive not in the Downloads folder on D drive but it's changed to that folder but still downloading straight to D drive not to that folder

Change the folder in whatever browser
