Windows explorer showing a partition that doesn't exist?

I have 3 drives(3 partitions) on my system and noticed tonight that Windows Explorer is showing a 4th partition now. It says:
Used space 0 bytes , Free space 0 bytes, Capacity 0 bytes

The option to "eject" does not show up. The partition does not show up in Computer Management. Even tried downloading "MiniTool Partition Wizard", but it does not show up in that application either. I did try selecting "Hide empty drives", but that had no effect.

Has anyone experienced this before? Know a fix?

does it show up after a restart?

could try a clean boot and see if it still exists - that would tell us if its one of the start up programs creating it randomly - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Can you show us a screen shot of file explorer,
right click the drive, does the drive show anything in properties?

It continued to show up after restarting and doing a clean boot did not work either.

The reply from Preeti Patel is what fixed it.

Once I clicked "next", it performed a scan and said that Windows needed to finish updating drivers & required a restart. I just restarted it as normal at that point & now that empty partition is gone.
