Windows explorer showing a partition that doesn't exist?

I have 3 drives(3 partitions) on my system and noticed tonight that Windows Explorer is showing a 4th partition now. It says:
Used space 0 bytes , Free space 0 bytes, Capacity 0 bytes

The option to "eject" does not show up. The partition does not show up in Computer Management. Even tried downloading "MiniTool Partition Wizard", but it does not show up in that application either. I did try selecting "Hide empty drives", but that had no effect.

Has anyone experienced this before? Know a fix?

Solution
It continued to show up after restarting and doing a clean boot did not work either.

I ended up searching Microsoft's community forum and found this: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/unmanageable-empty-recovery-partition-in-windows/37401661-3898-468c-b316-bf0229e9e81f

The reply from Preeti Patel is what fixed it.

Control Panel - Troubleshooting - Hardware and Sound - Hardware and Devices
Once I clicked "next", it performed a scan and said that Windows needed to finish updating drivers & required a restart. I just restarted it as normal at that point & now that empty partition is gone.
