Windows explorer toolbar disappeared

How can I restore my tool bar on top and start menu on bottom?

Hi,
Hold: Ctrl - Shift - Esc
This will bring up your task manager
Under the applications tab click New Task..
Type in "Explorer"
Then click Ok,
This will bring your Explorer Process back, but what is probably more important... is why your explorer is disappearing.. does this happen often?

Go to task manager by pressing combination of ctrl+alt+del run click on file go to new task type explorer.exe enter you will get back your missing toolbar.
