Question Windows explorer wont open on startup

Every time i start/restart my pc it will open CMD and have a blackscreen, i can use crt+alt+del to open taskmanager and start a new task aka windows explorer but i wont start on its own

What version of Windows 10 are you on? Laptop or a desktop? If laptop, include make and model and SKU of your unit. If desktop, list your specs like so:

Have you tried starting with only mouse/keyboard attached to PC, no other devices like speakers or hdd or printers.

What might be happening is windows is waiting on a device to answer before it can load the desktop
