Windows factory reset- Cannot do it!!! Please help!!

Ok for some reason i cannot factory reset my windows 7. When i go to the repair mode by pressing f8 there is no "dell restore" option thing at the end. I read up on it and saw that it happens if your partitions are changed or something and you need to manually restore using the Factory WIM file. So i tried searching for that and I don't see any factory.wim in the Recovery partition. So, can someone PLEASE help me so i cant get this thing back to factory condition and reset every setting and all that.

Did you create recovery media when you first bought your Dell?
Check your documentation - on most Dell's recovery process is reached by pressing some F key during boot-up.

Oh dam ..dude you got a Dell? Oy I loathe those pcz.
I just did a Dell factory reset for a friend of mine on his desktop with windows Vista. I didn't need a disc, I pressed f8 and then scrolled to repair and poof... there was an option for factory reset.
Try that maybe?
