So ive finished building my first computer and I haven't touched my laptop in about a week. I recently started it up and it says "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause." I've already looked up solutions but none work for me. I downloaded a windows repair disk to a CD and tried to boot my laptop with it but it doesn't boot to the disk. The bios also doesn't open, it goes straight to the error. After all of my attempts to fix it i gave up and decided to just wipe my hard drive with dban but even that wont boot up! I appreciate any help

What I can suggest is to remove the HDD off the PC then install it onto a different PC then install Windows 10 from there.
