Windows failed to start.

"i have an acer and it was working fine and when i turn it on it starts to load up as normal an then it goes to this black screen an at the top it say window error recorvery an then goes on saying windows failed to start. recent hardware or software change might be the cause. if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly. startup repair can help daignose and fix problem. if power was interrupted during startup choose start windows normally.
then it offer the option to launch startup repair or start window as normally i tried both option an it just goes right back to this screen an i cant figure out whats wrong" - have read this problem in forum but no specific answer. I have the same problem now. Please help me. I'm trying to boot it with a recovery disk but it's still fails. The only recovery disc it's reading is the recovery disk of win 8, but yeah it won't work obviously since the it's a Window 7 Ultimate.. I just tested.. I tried to boot it with a win7 installer too, but no use also..

Have you tried booting straight from the CD

You can also try booting it from a USB using the following instructions

Yes, tried both of it but it still fails.
I was supposed to do a clean install of win 8. But doesn't want to boot on any of the disc/usb..
I've been doing installations for a year, this is the first time I've encountered that problem.
Whenever I change the boot device priority, the same thing happens.
