Hi! I am fresh Linux user, starting with Ubuntu.
As well as i know, linux systems can't run windows files, so why its possbile to acces windows partitions? Why does it matter to access a partition u can't run files from?
Thank you in advance.

Solution
Same reason you can't run mac osx programs on windows or run android apps on windows but you can access the partition. Windows executable format is different than linuxs and windows has additional libraries and environment that programs need to run. This is what wine provides, though not completely.

Also note that you can open and edit files and documents on windows ntfs partitions in linux as well.

It depends on what you mean by "Windows files" most files can be opened in linux such as .txt and a bunch of others they are not windows exclusive.

As far as partitions go linux can access many different formats even ntfs.

Here is a good list to install after you install linux as far as apps it is from fedora linux but should be mostly the same on ubuntu

sudo (dnf( apt-get for ubuntu) install fedy git google-chrome-stable gparted htop qbittorrent rdesktop screen unetbootin vim-enhanced vlc unzip libreoffice terminator shutter synergy -y
