Hello
I am going to buy new cpu , ram and mobo ...So after the installation of the new parts I want to do a format . At this moment I got Windows 10 Home ... So how can I do a format and a clean install of windows 10 again? Should I go here : https://www.microsoft.com/el-gr/software-download/windows10 download Microsoft tool and create installation iso for another pc , after that I suppose I must use rufus in order to create a bottable usb and then boot from usb?
Please tell me if I am right 😀
Thanks for your time .

Unless you have a retail copy of Windows 10 now, you will need to buy a new licence as unless new parts are identical models to what you have - and are just replacing faulty parts**, its really likely your Windows 10 install wouldn't activate as Microsoft see a new CPU/Motherboard as a new PC.

** If this is case, you would still need to contact Microsoft and explain and they may activate your machine but no guarantees.
If you're able to get on to a working computer, the easiest thing would be to download the media creation tool.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Choose "Create Media Installation for another PC", and then step it through the right version steps. That will load the install on to a USB drive for you and you don't have to much about with Rufus if you don't want to. When you boot off the USB one of the options will be to format the drive your installing on to.

Okay thanks 😀
