Hello! I have some serious problems on my PC right now.

The specs are:
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3, rev 1.0
AMD FX-8350 with Scythe Ninja 3 rev.b
Gigabyte GTX 660
Kingston 8Gb DDR3 1333MHz
OCZ Agility 3 128Gb
Seagate 500Gb
Corsair TX650W
Cooler Master Elite 430
Windows 7 64-bit (cracked)

I’ve owned my personal computer for about 4 years now and I have always sorted my own problems out but i can’t crack this one. Yesterday I bought the FX-8350 to replace my old Phenom X4 970. It was then the apocalypse started. Now my computer freezes on windows startup and is completely unusable.

When i changed the CPU and tried to start the PC the first time with the 8350 nothing happened. All the fans were spinning and the hard drives running, but the screen was all black. I cleared the CMOS by using the jumper, taking of the battery and by holding the power button for 30 secs, but nothing helped. So i changed back to the 970 so I could find out why this happened. I read that the BIOS version i had (F2) could be the problem so i updated it to the newest (F9).

Now the PC started and i could enter BIOS, but when i was booting up windows it freezed right after the Windows log in sound. I restarted it and booted up in safe mode without any problems so i thought the problem was due some programs conflicting with the new CPU. I had a cracked version of Windows handy so i decided to clean the whole and get a new beginning.

Now everything was fine and i could boot to windows without problems, so i started to install drivers and programs. But after installing NVIDIA drivers it requires a restart, and after that restart the problem occurred again. After almost smashing my computer through the window I started everything over again, doing everything the same but installing the one version older NVIDIA driver instead of the newest.

After that everything worked just fine some couple of hours. 3D Mark 11 ran smooth and the Core Temp showed 44 °C while running prime95.

I shouldnt have restarted the computer never again because the problem is back now. Safe mode works fine so the problem is not on the components? It should be some programs but I have reinstalled Windows 2 times, updated BIOS and tried 2 different graphics drivers.

And I noticed that when the computer has been in this “Freeze-mode” for a while, it suddenly bluscreens and then I have to restart it again. And the USB 3.0 ports didn’t work after the second windows install, so can that have something to do with this?
The 8350 was planned to be a nice upgrade, but it turned out the kill the system. So… HALP!!!

I’m a new to this so sorry for posting a new thread but I didn’t find anyone with a problem like this. Thanks for reading this and sorry for my bad English. :)
