Windows freezes on start up gtx 970 sli

Hello

I just bought two gtx 970. a new power supply, cx 750m and installed everything today, it replaced my old HD 7970.

I put everything together, booted up, removed my old ati driver, installed the new one. After a i enabled SLI in the software, i cannot boot anymore, i can get past the bios, then i get to the windows starting screen, after a couple of seconds, it crashes..

I tried to format my SSD, but it also freezes on the Setup is starting, just like windows. I am trying to install from a USB.

a bit of more info, i just tried to reformat, again, again, again. It seems likes it freezes different places in the reformatting. This time it freezes earlier than before. The try just before, it freezed later.

With the random crashing i decided to try to start windows again, after like 15 tries i managed to get into windows, though it crashed freezed before i could manage to uninstall drivers...
