When I started my pc today I got the message "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" Details are here:

I am using Win7 SP1 On NEC-Ms7069 Board, 120GB Hard drive, 2.8 Processor and 2 Gb Ram and 256 mb Graphics card Ati Radeon x1300/x1550. How To Deal with it
 
I tried dll suite but it is not Freeware. So Do I really Quit to clean install? No chance to patch the System up!.
From Somewhere else I go t respone that use SFC /Scannow command.What do you thing will it resolve the problem?
