windows high memory usage help

well when playing bf4 i get the message popup saying windows needs to close programs because of high memory usage i have 8gb of crucial ballistix at 1333mhz ive never seen my memory usage go over 3.7gb on anything but it always seems to be on seige of shanghie map any clues ladies and gentlemen ???

Scan for malware and virus's, as they can take up most of the CPU and RAM resources.
Also you can always roll your computer back to a previous state where the malware wasn't there, this wont delete any files.
