Question Windows Install

Can you put the uefi update on the same usb drive as the Windows 10 installation media without causing any trouble? Motherboard is a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X with q plus uefi update.

If the uefi update is just a file that the bios can read in or if it can run from windows than there is no problem with having extra files on the same USB.

If the uefi update needs to be installed onto the usb it could mean that it will format the USB which would destroy the installation files.

Also calling this thread just windows install is not helping you find people that know about uefi updates and how they treat usb drives.

Can I install the windows 10 install software on the same usb stick as the uefi update? Motherboard is the Gigabyte b550 gaming x with a flash plus. Also is the usb for q flash plus only used for uefi updates and nothing else?
