Windows Installation and Boot Problems

Hello, Everyone.
I had a windows 7 enterprise 64 bit installed on my pc. Was running fine. Then I upgraded my win to 7 ultimate 64 bit. I noticed that after about every 10-12 boots the windows ran extremely slow. Also after some time it didn't even boot. So I installed win 8.1 pro 64 bit. But I got the same problem again. I've tried formatting the whole hard disk and deleting partitions and have installed windows about 10-12 times but the problem persists. Please Help Me.

Pc Specs
Intel i5 4570
Nvidia GTX 650 2 GB
Hyper X Ram 8 GB (4*2)
Seagate 1 TB Hard Disk

I have Kali Linux Live USB and I do transfers for my external hard disk to internal or vice versa and get good transfer rates

Also how is it if my ram would be bad that windows runs perfectly normal for about 10-12 boots.

what it means?... You said the windows ran extremely slow...

I meant that after running slow I would eventually turn it off from the power supply as I could not shut it down. Then the next time I tried to boot up again it would get stuck at the windows boot logo. Thanks for answering by the way.

Ya i understood ... Did you have malwarebytes in your pc.. scan your pc with malwarebytes...Malwarebytes--->Download link..
check whether your pc is affected.. also do sfc /scannow...
start-->run-->cmd-->(run as admin)-->type the command-->sfc /scannow
it removes any bad sectores in HDD which reduce the speed of run of hdd....
