Windows Installation Stuck At 70%

After using Media Creation Tool and copying it to my Flash Drive i booted my pc and was agreed to Microsoft's terms of service and it went to Windows Installation im on the "Getting Files Ready" tab Its Been a little over 2 hours and its stuck on 70% Im Worried if i reset my pc something will be interrupted or something does anyone know what i should do

You might need to start the setup again.
Just unplug any external devices and also try upgrading you BIOS.

Which computer model do you have or system components?
