Windows Installation Stuck!

I decided to restart my pc because I thought it wasn’t performing at its best ability. It cleaned my drive but when it got to the intalling windows part, it got stuck at 64%. Now my computer has been restarting over and over again and it’s been doing this for 2 whole days. NEED HELP ASAP!
