Windows installed using Legacy and not UEFI

i suspect that windows was installed using Legacy, when i enter the bios in my HP PC, it mentions below the legacy boot sources is the Hard drive. which i think why i cant use my new graphics card on this PC.
so should i clean install windows 10 and find out if i need to change the partition style of the drives?

im not sure what am i supposed to do, i cant get this card to work. (GTX 1060)

The only route that might work is to use integrated graphics with the BIOS forced to integrated. Then with a display on the monitor add the GTX 1060 graphics card. If it will boot up, then you can update the driver of the GTX 1060.

If it doesn't boot up,then you will likely be stuck using the older graphics card or integrated graphics on that motherboard.

The last option that I can think of is to replace the motherboard with a UEFI BIOS. That should be compatible with the GTX 1060.

Check the device manager under display adapter for your graphics card. If it doesn't identify your graphics card or if it lists the generic display adapter as well, then you have a problem detecting the graphics card. Try reseating the graphics card and making sure that any PCIE power cables are connected to the graphics card. You can also try another PCI Express x 16 slot on the motherboard.

Try updating the graphics driver. Update and install the graphics driver from http://www.geforce.com/drivers . Use the custom install with the clean install option. Don't use the windows drivers.

problem is when i plug the new card, the system wont boot up, so i cant even install the drivers without the pc detecting the card. and of course it cant detect it because it cant boot up! i do get a display on my monitor, but the pc freezes and beeps

pc wont boot up when i plug the new card, it seems like bios problem and its on legacy. thats why im asking if it should be UEFI in order to boot up and then deal with these trivial issues if they occur

i do know that and sorry about that. i went through dozens of solutions for my problem and thought they dont matter at this point.. here they are:
PC: HP Elite 7300 series MT
motherboard: IPISB-CH2
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU@ 3.40GHz
PSU: cooler master 550W (MPW-5502-ACABW)
new card: ZOTAC gtx 1060 6GB AMP!

to answer your first question, i tried to connect my pc to my TV with a HDMI cable, right now i connect it to my old monitor with an adapter(hdmi to vga) and i still get display.

If you are using the integrated graphics, go into the BIOS and force the graphics source to Integrated instead of Auto. Then try installing the graphics card, but leave the monitor plugged into the motherboard video output. Try using a different PCI Express x 16 slot, if it fails again.

Then check the Device manager for the graphics card (as above).

sorry i confused you, integrated graphics is disabled right now. im using an old graphics card in order to boot up my PC

one of my problems, i cant update it, i went to hp website and entered the serial number of pc. no bios update available.
