Windows Installer Trying To Install Roxio Media Experience

Hello,
Every so often, I've been seeing a "Windows Installer ... Preparing to install" message after boot-up. It sits there without doing anything; moments later, it's trying to install Roxio Media Experience. I click on Cancel to make it go away. After another re-boot, it pops up again. This only started in the past several weeks and I've had Roxio for a few years and this never happened before. Any ideas how to make it stop?

Empty the cookies folder, empty the temporary files folder, OR
Let it install, then delete it from the hard drive.
Roxio probably sent you an update which contained junk software. Look in your Roxio and see if you can shut off automatic updates.
