Since 2-3 days Windows is Disabling 2 of the USB enhanced Host controller
FwNX6uK.jpg

3A3A is the front USB ports of my cabinet
3A36 is the back USB ports

I get a yellow exclamation mark on these 2 and this is the message I get in the properties dialog (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43))

I had installed Nokia suite to make a backup of my old phone and then uninstalled it after the backup. I think that is what created this problem.
I Had samsung Kies installed while I did that.

However uninstalling and rebooting to make these 2 drivers install automatically is not working.

I have also tried Microsoft Fix it to fix the problem but it didn't.

But when these 2 drivers do install automatically, it shows no exclamation mark temporarily.

Also the 3A3A works most of the time, but the 3A36 shows the exclamation mark if I try to use any device.

Please help.

Thank you.

Damn, no solution. I get this issue, too, on my Inspiron 11t 3000...ever since I reinstalled Windows on an upgraded SSD drive. It did not do this on the original Dell install. It does it randomly, too. One minute, I'm fine and I'm using the touch, USb ports, and the screen is auto-rotating, as it should. I put the PC to sleep, I come back to it several hours later and I have no touch, the screen doesn't auto-rotate and my USB ports don't work. I go into Device Manager, and find that USB Extensible Host Controller is disabled. I re-enable it and I am back to normality. It might not do it again for several day, but it will happen again. I use the Dell system update, too, so it is keeping all of my drivers up to date. This is not the issue.
