I have Windows 7 and my pc is showing AMD phenom x4 processor. But i have upgraded my pc 2 years ago and bought Amd athlon II x3 processor. In computer properties, thers that bug. in cpu-z software too. I don't know what to do. Because I can't optimalize my games like that and i don't know if I can run them

Solution
Go into the BIOS and see what that states. Whatever is there is what you have installed unless you messed around with something like modifying tracings or unlocking the CPU cores.

Maybe run a BIOS update and see if that helps. I would remove the CPU and make sure what you think you have installed is what you actually have installed.

It most likely happened when you tried to unlock the cores. If the system is working fine, ignore this since you were the one that changed it hehe.
