Windows laptop charging issue

Hey everyone I've noticed a fair few people have been having problems with their laptops no longer charging, and that most of you havebeen able to fix the issue. But iI'm unable to fix anything because my laptop is already flat and obviously can't charge, meaning at the moment I'm unaware of anything I can do to fix it. If anyone could drop some advice it would be greatly appreciated as it's not even my laptop.

Thanks for the help but unfornuately i must point out that I cannot physically do that. As I stated in the topic, my laptop is dead flat and won't charge so I can't turn it on or access anything on it whatsoever
