[SOLVED] Windows loading and then going black after installing a new GPU.

So i just bought a Asus GTX 1660 ti OC Phoenix.
I uninstalled my current GPU (GTX 1050 ti) and plugged in the new GPU, at first startup my pc worked fine but I noticed my Nvidia drivers were gone, so I went to the website and started downloading the driver when suddenly my screen turned black, and now whenever I startup my pc I see the bios passing and the pc loading into windows when the loading bar just stops and goes to a black screen, also the lights of my keyboard/mouse turn off at that point.
What's causing this?

PC Specs:
AMD ryzen 5 2600
Geforce GTX 1660 TI OC PH 6GB
16 GB DDR4 Corsair vengeance LPX 3000 Mhz
gigabyte aorus b450 elite
Corsair MP500 m.2 SSD

did you try to put back old gpu in to see if it work .

yes the other GPU worked fine

then i would test the new one in another system could be doa and made sure you psu is at least 450 watts and have a 8 pins connector for it .
