Windows LSD by Arvato

A debit appeared on my Credit Card statement from Windows LSD by Arvato and I am puzzled as to who it is and what I'm paying for. Is it a one-off charge or are there more debits to follow' ie monthly, yearly?
What is for and do I need It?

Looks like Arvato is the company microsoft contracts to sell you Windows 8 upgrades. One time charge.
