Question Windows Mixed Reality

Hi I'm having an issue with my lenovo explorer headset which has been working fine until today. I keep getting a very stuttery image whenever Imove my head and I have no idea what to do. My pc has a gtx 1660ti, Ryzen 5 1600 and 32gb of RAM so is more than capable of running the headset. Any help would be amazing!

What VR app are you running that you are experiencing stuttering? Is it in all applications or just one or two? Also, run Winver to determine what version of Windows you're running.
