Windows Not Detected on HDD

I have a HP 3130 pc, and a win 10 os. Can you please help me on how i am going to restore my pc. At first, my pc is running through some errors (can't uninstall programs like LoL) so i have decided to reset my pc. Then, after i have chosen to reset my pc, i have chosen the option "just remove my files". I leave it for a while, running on 30%. Then when i came back, i saw a POST screen saying "no os is detected, please remove any drives that doesn't have an os". I have even run a self-test on my hard disk, but no problems were found on the HDD. hope that you vpcan help me thanks in advance.

open the case make sure all the cables are conencted. try putting the sata hard drive on another port. also make sure the drive is spinning.
