Question Windows not detecting GPU

Hello,
When i was gaming the computer suddenly shut off.
When i turned it back on i dont get any display from the gpu.
And this have been the problem ever since.
The GPU`s RGB and fans do get power, fans spin and RGB light up.
I am able to enter bios and windows from onboard HDMI.

Prior to this i have noy had any issues.
Anyone have any other tips or have the new GPU just died out of nowhere?

This is some troubleshoting i have already done:
Tried another 850w psu with diffrent cables.
Tried the other PCI-e slot on MB.
Cheked and reconnected other plugs on MB.
Tried onboard HDMI "I do get image trough there"
Tried resetting the BIOS.
BIOS is not detecting GPU either.

RTX 3090 Gigabyte Gaming OC
I9 10900 k
G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 16GB KIT 3200Mhz
Cougar GEX 850W psu
Gigabyte Z490 GAMING X

Have you tried GPU in another PC?

When i was gaming the computer suddenly shut off.

BIOS is not detecting GPU either.

Sounds to me like it died.
