Windows.old removal help

Hello

For a reason that is too long to explain I re-installed windows 7 on my pc. Having that done I moved all documents I wanted to keep from windows.old to my desktop. Now I get really annoyed by the 500 gb that is being there with documents I don't use and I was wondering how I can remove it? The option I see on all fora is 'disk clean up' but I don't have the option to remove 'windows.old'.

Hi. Make sure you don't want to keep it Then just delete the folder.

I couldn't remove all of it yesterday. Program x86 files worked but not the program files nor my user files. I'll try again tonight
