Hi im realy interested to knowing if optimizers really work for example like cc cleaner,system mechanic,iobit advanced system cleaner etc. do they speed up your pc,do they clean it,is it necessary and if so which one is the best one?

You don't need them, they can do more harm than good. Many of their features are built into windows already.
