Question Windows PC 100 percent disk usage

I recently bought a “Thinkcentre m93p tiny” and installed windows 10. And whenever I try and do something involving disk, ex moving files, downloading something. It goes all the way up to 100. What should I try next any help appreciated!

What I tried:
Updating drivers
Doing the sata memorymanagement registry trick
Run chkdsk

My computer has a 1TB ssd
