I dont know what is happining. my PC is too slow.
it takes long time to start up and also to shut down.
if i right click on desktop,on folder,on file it take 5 or more seconds to show property menu.
when i open a folder this also takes time to open folder and load files icons. i see loading in address bar to load all files icons,
today i start my pc and it started too slow. when i tryed to start task manager then task manager froze. i even changed my HDD because i thought my old hdd creating problem.
my friend have i7 6700k and i saw his pc start really quickly.
if task manager 's process section shows hdd working 33% that time performances section show hdd working 10%.
i am now confused.

My specs are-

i7 87000k
8GB 3200 ram
1Tb (windows 10) hdd Toshiba
1tb storage hdd WD
AMD R9 270x toxic 2 GB graphics card.

I used my friends PC.. his pc runing fine withought ssd.. i am not sure hdd is problem.. but yes i am thinking to buy samsung 970 nvme..stil not sure using nvme can fix my problem or not.. so i came here before buying expansive ssd.

i bought new HDD because of this dying hdd doubt.. so right now i am using new toshiba 1tb hdd.
about cpu overheating, i am always checking cpu heat and its not overheating. also i never overclock my cpu..

There is a lot a "Thing" that can causing your late boot, but, mostly because of HDD (Bad Sector) since you said it was Old HDD, Check your HDD Healty, Download it, And if the speed is below 100MBps, You should Change the HDD.

i am using new hdd.
