windows pop up task scheduling

i dont see the OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration tab and i cant search for it.? well i dont know where i would search i looked all over the only thing i see is Microsoft Office Touchless Attach Notification

Run 'Task Scheduler' and expand Microsoft - Office near the top left.

yeah i went step by step but theres a step and that step says "search for"

I need to disable OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration.
my main problem is my task manager keeps popping up so that's why I have to disable this.

Are you not able to right click on that task in the task scheduler and choose 'disable'?
