Question Windows pop up

look like it from chrome. did you install anything?

Yeah, I did install some java stuff, but how do I get it away?

do virus and malware scan.
check chrome extension and uninstall whatever
check notifications https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3220216?co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop&hl=en

When I went to the notification settings I found the website that is on the popup and I blocked it so hopefully that works, thanks for the help
