I'm trying to install my hp photosmart c4280 printer onto my new desktop which uses windows 7. It's installed and prints out a test sheet but that's as far as it'll go. Everything is connected, the computer makes the connection noise when i plug in the usb and when i go into the devices bit on my computer it's there with a green tick, but whenever i try to print something like on word it tells me i don't have a printer installed or when i try to print a picture or a web page it just continually loads and doesn't do anything. It's driving me mental, i have tried everything. Can anyone help?
