Windows Progress Bar seems REALLY weird, please help quickly.

I don't understand what you mean.

The java installer looks like that by default.

It does not, it's all of the programs, let me show you a video of a guy installing java and he's not getting that. It's same with the MS Office installer too.

Have this always happened etc? Need more information really. I don't see it being a problem though

Not really an "issue" but it's kinda buggy, but I got a solution by a moderator I think.
