Alrighty, I have an LG 21.5" monitor. I know for a fact that it is made to display at 1080p, but windows refuses to allow me to change the resolution to 1920x1080. It might be the way its set up. I have a dvi adapter going into a vga cable into the back of the monitor. I could see that being the issue but I dont really believe it is. My gpu is a MSI GTX 970 4G Golden Edition. NVIDIA control panel is telling me that its native resolution is 1280x1024 whenever it isnt.
