Windows refusing to install important updates, and cannot upgrade to windows 10?

So i've posted this on several different forums and literally no one has been able to help me. Basically, when i turn off my computer it attempts to install all important updates that it finds. It does that all fine, and when i turn on my computer the next day everything starts fine too. But then i realize it didn't actually install the updates and it's been stuck trying to install the same 5 important updates for 2 months now. When i run a windows update trouble shooter, this is what i receive.

On top of that, my computer is refusing to upgrade to windows 10 and i feel the two are related. When ever i get the prompt to start the upgrade, it downloads it and all that, then it restarts my computer to start the process, but it doesn't start anything. what i mean by that is it doesn't begin to install windows 10, it starts the whole upgrade process all over again. [starting at the very beginning where it originally downloads it] This continues in an infinite loop.

One final thing, i also have error messages telling me my "Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter" isn't working [error code 10], now i'm not sure if this is related or not, but as you can see my windows is riddled with ridiculous nonsensical issues.

I have tried a handful or so different solutions with no luck what so ever. I should also say my computer still runs fine, i can still do everything normally, however all this stuff is worrying and also restricting me from upgrading to windows 10. ANY help at all with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you have the capability to add another ssd buy one you like now that they are cheap as dirt for xmas sales and then download the w10 upgrade files to it. If you have backup capability it also would be smart to backup all your data files separately. Then unplug your old drives and start the computer with just your new ssd with the W10 upgrade files and do a clean install on the blank drive. W10 should load. Then clean up your old drives. It might be a good idea if when you buy a new ssd to buy just a 100g ssd and use it just for W10 and drivers and programs you can readily reload. .

start with malware\hitman pro scan. also use a free online virus scan to make sure your rig is clean. also check for more then one anti virus loaded. when windows update get damged the updater does not remove the damaged download and keeps trying to update using a bad download. you have to turn off windows update service and then remove the windows update folder then reboot.
