Question Windows reinstallation error

I am getting problem when installing Windows 10, Toshiba Satellite laptop which was running a Windows 10 before, I decided to reinstall a fresh copy and delete everything. I followed the right process to install, But after install when it restarted to get all services and updates give this error message " The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer. then restart the installation " Anybody can help?

Where did you source the installer for your OS? Also, what is the model/SKU for your Toshiba Satellite laptop? BIOS version for said laptop?

Thank you, I got it from the Media creation tool and use a USB flash drive, Toshiba Satellite C660-23k. Bios version 1.00.
