Question Windows Search bar not working

Hi all. My Windows search bar doesn't work. I have literally watched so many videos on YouTube and read fourm posts and nothing works! Here are song screenshots:

As you can see, there is nothing there, and when I try to type something, nothing happens. Thank you so much in advanced, as this has been going on for months now!
