windows search, Cortana and the action center wont work. .

Hi, I just got this problem when i woke up this morning. The but is that Cortana, action center and most of the toolbar don't work. Ive tried to use the windows key but that did not work. Ive looked around and have tried a few ways to fix it but none have worked. Im worried ile have to revert again. Last time I went back to windows 7 it crashed and I had no O.S and i had to go find the disk and had to reinstall. Any one have any idea how to fix this?

Try making a new account via user accounts and see if that other user can use those three things just fine.

If not, then I suggest reinstalling windows 10 clean.

Found out what the problem was, it was a bad harddrive
