[SOLVED] Windows shut downs on every minute on startup

I'm playing a game online and then my pc shut downs.I tried to press power button and it won't startup then i turned off my desktop pc on the switch on the back side then i turned it on and then the disk check starts.Few seconds after i start game and again.The pc shut downs then i unplugged it and replugged it.Then again.
Here are my stats:
Intel core 2
3Gb of RAM
Gigabyte GeForce 430 GT OC dual fan graphics card
And Gigabyte motherboard

Could be a failed power supply. System is older, check over the motherboard as well for any capacitor issues.
