Windows Startup Logo Blocked

How do I describe this. I did a clean install on my computer and when my computer boots up this is what happens: the MSI logo appears, then the little circular windows loading thing appears, and only the circular part. What I am trying to say is that the MSI Logo remains but the windows loading logo like overlaps it. The screen is supposed to be mostly black with only the blue windows logo and the circular loading thing. This really isn't something crucial because my computer works fine, its just sort of an aesthetic thing. I hope you understand what I'm saying. My rig is:

mobo: MSI 990FXA
cpu: AMD FX-8370
gpu: STRIX R7 370 4GB
drives: PNY 120 GB SSD, WD BLACK 1TB, and a random laptop ssd (windows is stored on ssd)
os: windows 10 pro

in the bios under boot turn of the mb splash screen. if you want to get rid of the windows posting screen turn off gui boot.
