Windows stuck after installing

Installed windows on the new PC I built, it asked to restart, then spent ages on "getting devices ready" and "getting ready" then went back to boot screen then it went through some kind of boot process again and has been stuck on a black screen for a few hours... note all this booting stuff happened with the ASRock logo

HDD: 1.0 TB Western digital
GPU: Intel integrated graphics from CPU
PSU:Corsair RM650i
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec 04
OS: Windows 10 (I installed it in pro version) yes sorry I did post it in wrong place by accident
How can I know what bios i have?

Update i tried to turn my pc off after and it came up with the message windows could not be installed you must restart your installation.
